        HEALTH COACHING PROGRAMS
        During these sessions, we will take a deep dive into your current lifestyle habits that either promote or prevent you from experiencing optimal wellbeing, and from there, we work together to set and accomplish goals in a way that is achievable and empowering. We will work on developing a better understanding of the mindbody connection and what lifestyle factors affect your health. You will have  email support between sessions, and will be given articles, podcasts that I find relevant and inspiring, and simple worksheets to increase your knowledge about nutrition, stress management and building healthy habits. You will be given recipes that are healthy and easy to prepare, and my commitment to coaching and supporting you through the diet and lifestyle changes that you want to make!

        Private Yoga Classes - 1 on 1, couple or groups of 3+

        Hourly Coaching Sessions - Honing in on a topic of your choice, this one hour session is a great opportunity to address very specific questions about minor lifestyle and diet adjustments.

        Grocery Store Tour/ Meal Planning - We will first meet to discuss your current approach and then we will go over the basics of meal planning and prepping. Together we will put together a mock meal plan+grocery list, and then we will take a tour of your grocery store of choice to learn habits that will be healthier and financially sustainable. At the end of this session, you will have a great list of take home tips and tricks to meal plan and prep for your week ahead!

        Cooking for your Dietary Needs+Preferences Lesson- This is highly customizable, this session is typically 3 hours in length. Beforehand, we will work together and then I will preplan the session and supply recipe handouts, a simple explanation of relevant nutrition information. Depending on the complexity/ amount of prep in the recipes, this may also include a grocery store tour. You will leave this session with not only a delicious home cooked meal, but with the confidence to get back into the kitchen more often!

        Kitchen Clean out+ Make Over - A functional and well stocked kitchen is the foundation for preparing great meals for you and your family to enjoy. Together, we will clean out your refrigerator and pantry (and kitchen tools, if necessary), to clean out the junk and make for an inspiring space that ‘sparks joy’ and speaks to simplicity!

        Catering- Whether you are looking for someone to assist by planning the menu, or helping you to prepare/serve a healthy spread, I am here to be of support! I happily develop menus, cook and bake with dietary preferences and needs in mind, and love introducing guests to the fact that eating whole, real, quality ingredients is also delicious!
