My name is Suzie Vinograd. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health and Lifestyle coach, yoga teacher and a spin instructor at CycleBar based in Winston Salem, NC. Having spent the majority of my youth as a dancer and an athlete, I have always found solace, empowerment and healing in movement. After finishing my BA in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I moved to San Francisco where I became more heavily acquainted with the path of yoga beyond the asana (physical) practice, and I started to reap the never ending rewards of it’s effect on my mental, emotional and spiritual self. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with my interest in health care, with my mom being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my dad being an Endocrinologist and Researcher. Over the last decade of my life, I have devoted myself to not only working in wellness, but also actively applying these practices to my own life, so that my coaching techniques can be that much more impactful, often times coming from first hand experience. I am particularly passionate about the importance of preventative medicine, and I view integrative health coaches as some of the most important healers in the evolving world of health care. By empowering you and supporting you along your journey, not only by guiding you to examine your relationship with food, but also stress, sleep, self care and interpersonal relationships, together, we will work to cater to your individual needs so that you can ultimately live life feeling like the best version of yourself.

        WORK WITH ME ON

My scope of practice as a health coach is based around the concept of Bio-Individuality, coined by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Bio-individuality is the idea that there is no ‘one size fits all approach’- there is no one path that leads us all to our most optimally healthy lifestyle. On the contrary, each of us has a unique make-up, background, food and lifestyle needs. While I do work with clients on nutrition and their relationship with food- and any shifts and goals they may be looking to make/ achieve in that department, I also address other ‘primary foods’ ( another term coined by IIN) that can greatly influence one’s ability to live out their healthiest, happiest life. I work with clients on stress management, exercise, work-life integration/ balance, relationships, and non toxic living.

To the core, I believe that health is wealth. Achieving a healthy lifestyle does not need to be complicated, or stressful. Simplicity is king, in my book. When we take the time to slow down and actually tune inwards, we can gain a world of understanding about what it is that we need, what makes us feel best (and what doesn't), and in turn, we can spend more time doing the things that nourish us, excite us and inspire us.
